These Terms of Service govern access to and use of the WorldNod website, Panda Cloud, and other products or services operated by PANDA WORLD LTD.

1. Company Information

WorldNod is a technology brand operated by PANDA WORLD LTD. Panda Cloud and any future WorldNod products and services are owned, operated, and managed by PANDA WORLD LTD, which is the merchant of record for its products and services with effect from 13 August 2026.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using our website, products, or services, you agree to these Terms, which form a binding agreement between you and PANDA WORLD LTD. If you do not agree, you should not use the services.

3. Products and Services

WorldNod develops and operates software products, cloud services, AI tools, digital platforms, and related information technology services. Product features, pricing, and availability may change over time.

4. Accounts

Some services may require an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login details and for activity under your account.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse our services, interfere with service operation, attempt unauthorized access, violate applicable laws, abuse network resources, or use services for harmful or unlawful activity.

6. Payments, Subscriptions & Renewals

Paid services may be billed monthly, annually, or by another billing period shown at purchase. Prices are shown in the applicable currency at the point of purchase, inclusive of any applicable taxes. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period at the then-current price unless cancelled beforehand; the renewal price and date are shown before purchase. Subscriptions purchased through the Apple App Store are billed and managed by Apple under Apple’s terms; subscriptions purchased through our website are billed by PANDA WORLD LTD through our payment provider.

7. Cancellation & Refunds

You may cancel a paid subscription at any time. Cancellation stops future renewals; access continues until the end of the current paid period. App Store subscriptions are cancelled through your Apple ID settings, and refunds for App Store purchases are handled by Apple. For website purchases, cancel from your account or by contacting support (at) worldnod.com. Nothing in these Terms limits any mandatory consumer rights you have under applicable law, including United Kingdom consumer protection law.

8. Availability

We aim to provide reliable services, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Services may be limited, suspended, changed, or discontinued for maintenance, security, legal, technical, or business reasons.

9. Intellectual Property

WorldNod, Panda Cloud, website content, product names, designs, software, and related materials are owned by or licensed to PANDA WORLD LTD. You may not copy, modify, or redistribute them without permission.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PANDA WORLD LTD is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from use of or inability to use the services. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised date. Where changes materially affect a paid subscription, we will provide reasonable notice, and you may cancel before the changes take effect.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction, without affecting any mandatory consumer rights you have in your country of residence.
